First Class Projects
Every project has its own unique needs. Often it can be challenging, and an innovative solution is needed- no more, no less. At First Class Packaging, we don't ask, "Can it work?" We say, "Let's make it work better." Faced with a tight deadline? We're ready to respond with in-house equipment to create custom foam products. For your convenience, crate manufacturing and/or packaging can be done at on-site or at our facilities. As an Authorized Dealer for well-known reusable shipping container manufacturers such as Hardigg Cases and Pelican Cases. We design and produce custom fitted interiors that provide the optimum case protection. At First Class Packaging, challenges are welcome and met.
First Class Design
Our packaging designers and engineers have years of industry experience. They also thrive on projects that demand solutions to reduce breakage, labor expense, and costs. We offer complete design capability in custom crates, pallets, foam fabrication, corrugated packing and reusable shipping containers. We offer standard prototypes and design services at no charge.
Quality Control
Quality control is the cornerstone of First Class Packaging. We maintain systematic checks at every phase of your project, from developing a clear analysis of your packaging needs, through the packaging process and beyond manufacturing. These inspections include checking for dimensional accuracy, material specification, quantity, and appearance. Our packaging professionals can also serve as liaison with testing labs for fragility assessment, vibration, drop testing and ISTA testing. It's the effort we make to meet both your needs and the product industry specifications.
